Frequently asked questions

Can I bring food into the venue?

Homemade food is permitted. No commercial food, glass or alcohol can be brought into the venue.

Can I bring camping chairs and strollers/prams and esky’s into the venue?

Yes. Esky’s and bags are subject to inspection on entry.

Will there be food available at the venue?

Yes. There will be food and alcohol available to fuel your night

Will there be any live-streaming for the event?

The event may be streamed on ClayPerView.com

Will there be public transport or shuttle buses to the venue?

No. Customers will need to make their own transport arrangements to the venue.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes. There are 2 car parks - our main one and an overflow parking area. Please arrive early to secure a spot in the closest Carpark.

What is the refund policy for pre-purchased tickets online if the event is cancelled?

If we have to cancel the event prior to the gates opening, we will offer a refund or exchange of tickets to another SIS event of equal or lesser value.

What is a ‘declared’ rainout?

A rainout is defined as five (5) events or less being successfully declared completed.

What happens if a rainout is declared at the event?

In the event of a rainout, Sydney International Speedway will honour rain checks however, will not refund money. Rain checks will be honoured at any one (1) event (of equal or lesser value, not higher priced) at the same venue in the same racing season. Not transferable to future seasons.
